Press Release | Glenstone launches Living Map’s digital mapping solution to guide visitors

Potomac, MD – March 20th, 2025 – Glenstone Museum, known for integrating art, architecture, and nature, has partnered with Living Map to introduce a dynamic, digital mapping platform to guide its visitors. The map is available on Glenstone’s newly redesigned website and via QR codes, improving navigation across the 300-acre grounds, including trails, streams, forests and sculptures.

In response to visitor feedback, this cultural space sought a mobile-friendly, sustainable solution to improve the visitor experience on its large campus on the occasion of the reopening of its Pavilions building in the spring of 2025. Living Map’s solution delivers accurate, on-the-go navigation while reducing reliance on printed materials, aligning with Glenstone’s commitment to sustainability.

“We are excited to introduce a digital interactive map for the first time to enhance our visitor experience” said Valentina Nahon, Senior Director of Public Engagement. “We hope Glenstone’s Living Map will not only help visitors navigate the site but help them discover more about the art, architecture and nature at Glenstone.”

“We’re excited to partner with Glenstone to bring a seamless digital mapping experience, enhancing visitor engagement while supporting sustainability at this unique cultural space,” added Peter Asman, CRO at Living Map.
